🔄 Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

• A deposit of $20 is required to book your appointment.

• Clients may reschedule, but cancellations are non-refundable.

• Once cancelled, deposits will not be returned.

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may affect the quality of your service or result in rescheduling.

💵 Late Fee

• A late fee may apply if you arrive beyond the grace period (set by stylist).

🚫 No-Show Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows.

• We braid children 5 years and older, provided the child can sit comfortably without crying.

• Hair must be washed, combed, and detangled before the appointment.

• Hair must be washed, detangled, and blow-dried prior to your appointment.

• Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions before your service.

📸 Photo / Video Consent

• By booking, you consent to photos and videos of your hairstyle being taken for promotional purposes.

• Additional Charges – Sizes & Lengths

• Smaller Sizes: The smaller the braid size, the more detail and time required. Extra charges apply as follows:

• Small: +$30

• Extra Small: +$60

• Extra Extra Small: +$90

• Longer Lengths: The longer the braids, the more hair and time required. Extra charges apply as follows:

• Mid-Back Length: +$30

• Waist Length: +$60

• Butt/Hip Length: +$90
